La Louve

Laura Grisar aka La Louve is a Berlin-based pianist and composer born in Freiburg, Germany. She discovered her passion for piano music at the age of six and started improvising and composing at the age of twelve, inspired by classical music, film scores, jazz as well as various sounds from her natural environment. La Louve's first single 'Black Water' was released in autumn 2019, followed by further releases up to the most recent track 'Hiver'. All releases can be heard on all major streaming services such as Spotify, Deezer, and co. Her track 'The Crossover' was used in the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation funded documentary The Conscience of Clothing, directed by Patrick H. Kohl. Her musical style varies from neoclassical, minimal piano to cinematic and ambient elements - the music is reminiscent of the ocean's waves rising and falling - emotional intensity in a subtle, sensitive way. In addition to her work as a musician, Laura Grisar completed her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at the International Psychoanalytical University Berin in 2020 and is currently training to become a somatic therapist.
